Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is there any age limit?
A: Game Action is perfect for everyone. However, we do recommend that participants be able to follow directions. Our suggested minimum age is 7 years and older.

Q: How much do parties cost?
A:
Pricing for Game Action is extremely competitive to other party alternatives. Pricing varies from location to location and event to event. Please call us directly for the latest pricing information. (877) 306-GAME (4263).

Q: How many participants can fit it and out of the Game Action Theater?
A:
The Game Action Theater was designed to maximize the amount of space inside our theaters. Up to 15 players are allowed inside our theater to interact and play at the same time. Outside of the Game Action theater are two additional Stations allowing more players to utilize our outdoor gaming system. (Weather Providing)

Q: Do parents have to supervise?
A:
No. Each Game Action event is hosted by a professionally trained Game Doctor who will manage the event and be present at all times. We do however require that one responsible adult remain on site for the duration of the event.

Q: What games are available?
A:
The Game Action theater features a library of all the top video games for systems Xbox Series X, PS5, Nintendo Switch, and Wii U. Please ask your Game Doctor for more details.

Q: How much space does Game Action need?
A:
The Games Action’s Mobile Video Game Theater requires a fairly level area of about 60 feet in length.

Q: Do you need to plug into an outlet?
A:
No. The Game Action Mobile Video Game Theater is self powered. The Theater is powered by on-board generators

Q: How about the weather? Too hot? Too cold?
A:
The Game Action Theater is self powered and climate controlled. For the most part we can accommodate most weather conditions. In the event that there is severe weather the day of the event that precludes the party from occurring then it will be rescheduled at no additional charge, at a mutually agreed date and time.

Q: Can you have food or drinks in the Game Action Theater?
A:
We require all food and drinks to remain outside.

Q: What is your refund and cancellation policy?
A:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your event balance is due upon booking for events located at a residence and will go towards your total balance, with the remaining balance due at the start of your event. For events at a park or any location where weather may be a factor, your event balance is due in FULL upon booking. Events paid in full but canceled with more than 14 days prior notice will be entitled to a 50% refund. Only events that are canceled with less than 14 days prior notice due to severe weather including but not limited to hurricanes, earthquakes, or snowstorms will be eligible to be rescheduled and have all monies already paid applied to a future date up to one year from the date of the original event. Refunds are not given for cancellations resulting from severe weather.
